Who we’re looking for

Zenernet is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager with a strong leadership background. The Operations Manager will oversee our growing operations team, managing solar installations across the country from the point of sale through completion of the installation. The Operations Manager will report to the CEO and work closely with the Director of Sales. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead operations team in day-to-day management of installation projects and post-sale customer communication
  • Work with local installation partners across Zenernet’s territory to foster positive working relationships and improve installation timelines and communication
  • Work directly with homeowners and during escalations to demonstrate and ensure Zenernet’s standard of excellence in customer experience is met
  • Improve processes and efficiency of operations team, and train and develop operations team members

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: Commensurate on experience

Compensation: $50,000-$80,000

Who we’re looking for:

A skilled Technical Writer to assist us with the development of a Standard Operating Procedures manual, process documentation, and training materials, in addition to other organizational and procedural documents as needed. Demonstrable expertise in technical writing and use of Salesforce and other business technologies preferred.

Ideal applicant will be able to quickly grasp Zenernet’s mission and vision, understand complex and multi-faceted processes and tools, and codify those processes.

Compensation: $15 per hour
